Nothing you do will insure that he will never leave. Even happily married couples split up, so nobody can promise anything forever.
But for right now the best way to show him your love is to realize how important to him it is to concentrate on his studies in his final year. The grades he makes are SO important. Let him study.
Also, if he has a job, it's important that he have enough sleep to do it well. The jobs that young people hold while they are still in school have more significance than just the money they earn. They also will be judged forever on how well they do their first jobs. Leave him alone.
And if he wants to go to hockey camp, don't stand in his way.
In other words, show your love by thinking of his needs first. Don't be a selfish little girl thinking only of yourself.
You told him to go ahead to the party without and I guess he's going to do just that. Don't let that upset you, it was your idea.
If you change your mind and decide you want to go with him, just tell him right out. Don't be silly with him, be forthright. Be the kind of a person you know he would like to be with, and that doesn't include pouting and complaining.
The best way to "make" a person want to be with you and stay with you is to "make" yourself into the kind of person he most likes to be with.
If that isn't you, then do something about it. I hope this helps.
Yours truly,
GG
